Shipping policy
Processing Times
Because we hand-pour our chili oils in small batches:
• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
• During peak seasons or new product launches, processing may take up to 6 business days.
• You will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as you order has been shipped.
Shipping within canada
We ship nationwide via Canada Post / UPS / Stallion Express.
• Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.
• Express Shipping: Available at checkout.
• Flat Rate / Free Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping of $12, or FREE shipping on orders over $50!
Winter Shipping & Glass Safety
Shipping glass jars in a Canadian winter can be tricky.
• Freezing: Our chili oils are shelf-stable, but extreme cold can cause glass to contract or oil to cloudy (don't worry, it clears up at room temperature!).
• Packaging: We use eco-friendly, reinforced packaging to ensure your jars survive the journey. If your order arrives damaged, please see our Damages section below.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Canada. We hope to bring our blends to the rest of the world soon!
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your package is lost in transit, please contact us at atadi.store@gmail.com, and we will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement.
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:
• Please first check with household members or neighbors.
• Contact the shipping carrier directly for confirmation.
• If you still need assistance, email us and we will help investigate.
EBESSE is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but we will always assist in resolving the issue where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
EBESSE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship the order once additional shipping fees are paid.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To request a replacement:
Email us at atadi.store@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
* Include your order number
Attach clear photos of:
• The damaged product
• The outer packaging
• The shipping label
Once reviewed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Requests submitted beyond 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
